Manufacturer of custom wall plates to join Covid to deliver enhanced quality and service.
October 15, 2007 – TEMPE, AZ - Covid, Inc. today announced that it has completed it’s acquisition of Janna Precision, Inc., a pioneer in the manufactured wall plate and panel business. Products from Janna Precision are custom build high-quality wall plates and panels for use in almost any environment. Covid purchased the privately held Janna Precision of Phoenix, Arizona for cash considerations plus possible performance-based payments. Janna Precision has worked to establish itself within the Audio/Video industry, delivering high end products throughout the world.

Led by Jerry Lowe, Director of Engineering and Sales, the Janna team will become a distinct group within Covid’s business unit. "Janna has been very successful in delivering premium-quality Wall Plates and Panels.
